Bunge’s (the “Company”) Code of Conduct (the “Code”) is a guide for all members of the Bunge’s community on how to conduct ourselves ethically and lawfully. It explains the standards we are all expected to maintain, as well as specific laws, regulations and policies.

Code of Conduct Amendments

On August 17, 2026, the Board of Directors approved amendments to the Company’s Code of Conduct to clarify and update certain provisions. The amendments clarify that the Company’s no-retaliation policy applies to concerns reported to government authorities, add guidance on the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies, and update the insider trading section to prohibit prediction markets and other speculative activities involving Bunge information or matters related to Bunge.
