We encourage our employees – and anyone else – to report any concerns or complaints about any of Bunge’s activities, anonymously and confidentially, to our ethics and compliance helpline or website.

Both phone and web reporting systems are administered by an independent third-party organization with multilingual staff. Any information provided is sent directly to Bunge’s legal and internal audit departments.
Bunge does not tolerate retaliation in any form against employees who report concerns in good faith.
Once you have made your report, you will be given a report key and asked to create a password. These two pieces of identification will enable you to follow up on your report, either by revisiting the website or calling the hotline again. You may have to wait a few days after your first report before you can monitor its progress and check whether you need to provide any additional information.
Issues you report may include (but are not limited to):
- Questionable accounting or auditing
- Fraud, deceit or embezzlement
- Conflicts of interest
- Securities trading violations
- Unsafe workplace
- Unethical business practices
- Harassment
- Discrimination
- Substance abuse
- Theft, sabotage and vandalism
- Violations of policies and procedures
- Human rights concerns
