Code of conduct

Bunge Limited’s (the “Company”) Code of Conduct (the “Code”) is a guide for all members of the Company’s community on how to conduct ourselves ethically and lawfully. It explains the standards we are all expected to maintain, as well as specific laws, regulations and policies.

Code of Conduct Amendments

On May 11, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company approved amendments to the Company’s Code primarily to simplify the Code and make it more user-friendly.  The amendments include commitments to our new values, and provide more guidance and examples on topics of special interest, including, among other things: (i) new sections regarding ethical decision making, data privacy and trade compliance; and (ii) updates to sections regarding conflicts of interest, respect in the workplace, and how to seek approval for the giving or receipt of business related gifts and entertainment. This description of the amendments to the Code does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the Code.
